If you want to improve, then service should be a little faster. I love the onion rings, but between the time I order and the time I receive, they're cold. They could be a little more professional.

I bought my crew breakfast after an overnight concrete pour. I ordered 15 Breakfast on a Bun and hash browns. The cashier thought that I was joking. I assured her that I was not teasing her. She turned around and yelled to the cooks in the back what my order was. I saw three faces peaking at me through the window. So,I told them what was up.
Them mugs had my order out in less than 10 minutes, loaded down with ketchup and jellies and more than plenty of napkins! EVERYTHING was hot and fresh!
