Went thru the drive thru today about 10 mins before 5 p.m. with a mobile order that had a chocolate chip cake on it. They handed us a lemon cake, said they didn't have any chocolate, and didn't know and acted like they didn't care how I was supposed to get a refund since we don't eat lemon cake. The drive thru lady, nicknamed Molly I think, gave us horrible service and the absolute worse attitude I've ever seen in a restaurant. She stood at the drive thru glaring at us and told the other employee, a male, "omg we're going to be busy all evening, I hate it when we're busy". This was after she basically slung our food out the window to us. Had to come back thru the drive thru just for my drink she forgot and some straws. And got more attitude along with it. She needs to work in another environment somewhere else if she can't handle customers coming to her job that she's paid to take care of. Will never eat there again after today.

I went through Drive thru and ordered a $20 bucket and ask them to please make sure I got 2 wings and got home to find 4 thighs 2 legs and 2 wings. So I took my bucket back and told them I want my 2 breast and was told that they know I got my 2 breast the first time and threw 2 breast at me and wouldn't take my bucket and look in it to see what I got. Then closed the window. The last 2 time's before this I didn't get my wings but didn't go back. The line is to long. I will never eat there again! I am not a liar!

The worst service ever! It took 10 minutes waiting on a pot pie that was to go. After 10 minutes I asked her how much longer she kept saying 1 minute again and again. It will end up taking much longer than I thought. Also everyone in the back acted confused and like they were did not know what they were doing. A couple of the workers were arguing about getting some food out did someone else that was at the window. It was definitely not a pleasant experience
