My family is a big Zaxby's fan but our experiences at the Talladega location continues to spiral downward as to service and experience. Today we visited at lunch time and as usual, most of the drink syrups were out of the Coca Cola "multidrink" machine. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and they were out of chicken breast. Ordered ranch on my salad and they were out of ranch. Asked for ketchup for the fries...guess what also out of ketchup. This is not just a one time event as each week we have come after church to continually be disappointed with poor management of this store. Today was my last time to visit the Talladega location...we have reached our limit. We also frequent the Pell City location and none of these issues occur there so either the franchisee or manager at Talladega is incompetent

We've had lunch here several times and it seems they do not know how to set up the soft drinks dispenser. The coke products are always watered down. So I usually just drink tea. Today it was really busy and I overheard others complaining about the soft drinks. I will definitely avoid this zaxbys for a while.

I have been to talladega Zaxby’s several times every time I go there they get my order wrong then I try to go inside for them to fix it they have the doors locked so I have to stand at the drive-through and tell him what my problem is. Very disappointing won’t be back

If your a fan of chicken then this is a great place to visit. They have several different styles of chicken. I liked the spicy fried mushrooms.

•Love their food, a little pricey and wish they used biodegradable packaging. I do enjoy their 5 boneless wings meal and wings and things. Wish rhe workes weren't so stressed out by the drive time. When I worked there I knew that was a large issue with moral.

We have sat here for over 30minutes and they didn’t even send our order to the kitchen. They were all goofing off and not doing their job!!!’
