I've always loved coming to sonic for the drive in stalls, gives such nostalgia and is the highlight of the franchise, yet every time I come to this location, the stalls are coned off and/or staff have parked their vehicles in them, leaving them inaccessible. There was a sleeping bag on the ground right outside the side of their building. The food quality has also drastically dropped the past few times I've been here.

I live right down the street from this place. I have attempted to eat here a hand full of times and every time I am even more disappointed. I have never once gotten my correct order. Something is always missing or incorrect. I have never once been able to order food in their drive through and have it take less than 45 minutes. During my last visit I saw that there were only two other cars in line. I assumed that I would be able to get my food pretty quickly seeing as I was on a time crunch. Nope. Over 45 minutes. All I wanted was some chicken strips and tots. When I finally got my food from the rude drive through lady who was not wearing a mask, hairnet, or sonic uniform I made my way to work. Upon opening my meal, I found a cold chicken patty that was cut into strips and thrown in the box with some tots. It appeared to be cooked all the way through so I ate it. Within an hour I had vomited 3 times and ended up having to leave work. I have ate at several sonic restaurants and I know what sonic chicken strips look like. And these are not it. I tried calling the store with no answer. I messaged Sonics corporate page on Facebook with no reply. The visit before this one, I had made.a large order of over $50. When I got home and started handing food out to my family OVER HALF of the order was missing and what was there was incorrect. I am out roughly $200 total in incorrect and missing items in meals from this place and will never be back again. *see attached photo of pathetic chicken strips that gave me food poisioning*

Several days ago I had a horrible experience at this Sonic. I wanted to quietly give feedback and not put them on blast, so I sent an email to the store. I haven’t heard anything back and at this point doubt I will based on other’s reviews.
Long story short, I went for lunch and ordered from one of the stalls, which was open. After 20 minutes of not receiving my meal, I pushed the red button to ask where my order was. That was ignored for several minutes. Then when it was answered, I was told that they were busy and would answer in a while. Several more minutes go by and I push the red button again. I explain the situation and confusion ensues. They don’t know about my order. Then they can’t find it. Then they accuse me of already having it. Finally they bring it out, 45 minutes after I ordered. The food was cold and soggy and the ice was melted from my drink. This tells me that my order was prepared, sat aside somewhere and forgotten about. This is unacceptable and I won’t be visiting this location again.

My food was hot and my drinks were good! They weren't necessarily what I ordered but they were pretty good. I'm pretty sure I only get the drink I ordered about 1/3 of the time so order accuracy isn't an expectation I have with Sonic.

I get that it's packed and might be short staffed but 3 times in a row my order has been incorrect. For some reason the drive through box is extremely quite or the server is just talking quietly and when asked to speak up they don't (might be the problem with the incorrect orders being placed). Got a shake that had the dome lid not properly placed on and spilled in my car. Not a big deal just cleaned it up myself, it happens. But spilling the shake made me see that some of the ingredients I asked to be put in there where not put in the shake, pretty upsetting to lose half the shake in your car (stick mess but cleanable) and realize you didn't get what you ordered.

Ordered a footlong coney. Went to take a bite noticed that there was mold on the bun. Flipped it over, completely covered in mold.

I ordered online at 7:45 and drove to pick up my order. I was supposed to check in by parking in any stall and enter that stall number in the app. All the stalls were blocked with cones. An employee told me if have to go through the drive thru to pick up my food. (Exactly what I was trying to avoid by ordering online) A half hour wait in line and I got half of my order before reaching the window and was told I'd receive the rest at the window. Now it's 8:30, I'm at the window and the guy says he gave the rest of my order away and had to remake it. He told me to park in the handicap spot (the only available parking spot ) and I waited another 15 minutes before I got my food. It took my 5 minutes to get home and the food was cold and all 5 of our milkshakes were thrown away because they tasted like straight chemicals. My kids wouldn't even drink them.
Very disappointed. Will never go back.

The tater tots had no flavor, I ordered a cherry limeade and it had WAY Too much syrup flavoring in it. My friend order the chicken strip meal and they had way too much breading on them and again no flavor. The price for just 2 meals was over $20. Way too much for the nasty food. Mind you we had asked the employees about their opinion on which one was better on their menu and they couldn't say. Im cool on ever revisiting sonics.
