Never had a Wendy’s Berger before. I was pleased that the meat was not thin. Veggies were fresh. I didn’t get the meal just the burger. It was good. I had to add mustard at home since it was my first time ordering. And a little extra mayonnaise and ketchup.

The food is almost always good in terms of quality. I really like the chili, and the restaurant is always clean so congrats on that, but I would really like to ask the owner why they can't keep the lobby open until 10. P. M.??? You can't tell me that you never have enough staff. Work in the area and I know that all the fast food places are having trouble with low staff but still come on!I I take the bus to q on my lunch break (I work at night) and I can't go through the drive thru

So the food here is always usually pretty good the issue that I have had continuously is that the service is pretty slow and also on two separate occasions when I've been through I have the app to get free points for my purchases and they're like yeah our app machines not working but I've watched them on multiple times to scan it with the little skinny gun they have so I think that their staff just isn't really well trained. I'd like to give it a higher rating but with the staff and the slowness I find it pretty much just mediocre like any other fast food joint

The breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasty. The iced coffees were just bad. But since we did take out it wasn't worth driving back. The window service was very good.

Went to grab a meal while out running around. Quick and fresh food. Fries were pretty hot. Nuggets crispy. Went back a 2nd time 2 days later because the experience was so good

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, never got to order and had to leave to make an appointment. Not sure what was happening, there were 3 Cara ahead of me to even get to the ordering speaker. it was 3pm Saturday, memorial day weekend. They did not appear to be very busy in the lobby but the drive through just wasn't moving. I really wanted their food since they closed the location in my neighborhood.

Got my order wrong and I had to pay more for less. Ordered a Dave's double meal, no tomato, no pickles, no mustard. I didn't get asked to make it a large. What I had gotten was a Dave's Single, with everything on it. It sucks because what if I was allergic to the things I asked to get taken off. And I paid extra money to get a lesser meal. Extremely disappointed and never coming back to this Wendy's again.
