I don’t know what happened. I asked for a grilled chicken wrap. Every Sonic I have gone to in the last 10 years has been able to figure it out. Grilled chicken sandwich, in a tortilla instead of a bun.
First they said they can’t do it. Then they said they can give me the chicken, and a tortilla, but they’d have to upcharge me for the tortilla. Ok. Upcharge me for the tortilla.
They asked if I wanted lettuce or tomato. I said yes—it’s a grilled chicken sandwich, but in a tortilla.
This is what they came up with. A piece of chicken, and a tortilla. That they upcharged me for. No lettuce and tomato that they offered me. Why did we have to pay for this?

I’m not of a burger person at all !!
But damn that was a good double cheese burger !!! Great flavor and the fountain drink tasted cleaner then most high end restaurants!!! Hat off!!! Thank you!!

they turned off the shake machine at 8pm... Now that we're getting into summer they might want to keep it running until later at night. The employees were great. Food was good aside from not being able to order the one drink that I came for.

I decided to try the app out and the drive-thru. Yes, I know that sounds very conflicting.
However, I wanted to see the ending results with both. Was very impressed with the service all around. The Drive-Thru attendand was the younger female with glasses. Very nice, ultra friendly, plus extremely polite. Which is something I see less at certain .
The young female (Nay) with blue nails was kind and nice enough to bring me my shake that I ordered from the App. Was worth the drive to come from Federal Way, WA.
Please reward, your two wonderful workers for all of the, Elite Customer Service they provide to customers like myself.

They made us wait for more than 30, I tried to order from carpool station but did not get any response for more than 10 min. Then I went to drive through and ordered. When i reached the window, the cashier asked me what my order was?? After all the line i was told what was the order. I already paid for the order and then they again kept asking what was the order. In the end i was told they gave my order to somebody else despite me being in the window. It doesn’t make sense.
March12,2022 around 12am. I asked shift manager for my refund and they up refunding me with wrong receipt. Never coming back here and would not recommend to anyone.

Unfriendly staff.
If you want some good American food, I guess you can go here, but be prepared to have the staff be very short with you. The lines are also very long, as the food is popular, I myself have thick skin, and I'm very respectful of my elders, but the staff here isn't very hospitable. Food is good, staff is a hit or a miss.

Service was just ok. Food was terrible! The fries were so old. The popcorn chicken tasted like it was sitting out for 8 hours. The burger was flat out discussing. I should have just used that $17 and bought a steak at outback instead. Never going back to this location again. For crying out loud, please put at lease one ketchup packet with every french fries order. 2 ladies standing around yapping the whole time. Only one person working on the food (blonde girl). Oh and the guy working at the drive through that just handed me my food.

Sonic never disappoints me. My strawberry lime aide is always delicious and my usual BLT is mouthwatering. I also ordered chili dogs and corn dogs for the littles. We were all satisfied
