Purchased two classic cinnamon rolls. Both roles were underproofed. Both rolls did not expand properly and fully before being put into the oven. They were significantly smaller and more dense because they did not rise properly. The middle in one was undercooked and the other had raw dough.

The SMALL cinnamon rolls are a little Dry. But the large ones melt in your mouth.

Cinnabons where half the size they where last year (short), stale and had very little cinnamon to them. I have found better cinnamon rolls at fred myers 👎 quality was not what it use to be. This use to be a family treat that was worth it and now it's just a meh experience. 😐

They short change you on the icing, before they used to add some on, but now the size of the roll is small and less icing!!

Waited in line over 10 minutes only to find they wouldn't sell me a classic cinnamon roll. Plenty coming out of the oven but they refused to sell less than a 6 pack. Several employees handling rolls without gloves or masks as well. Very disappointing experience.

I love Cinnabon!! It is my favorite dessert. I went on the 21st with my girlfriend to get some and when we went to eat them there was a big hair in one of the rolls. I just hope y'all do more quality control because outside of this issue you all have been great.

I asked if they had fresh mini Cinnabon’s because the ones out looked like they had been sitting all day and the guy asked a different guy who looked at me with the dirtiest look on his face and just said NO. That’s fine no problem. I decided to order something else, as I was ordering I could hear them making fun of me and straight talking about me. I paid grabbed my things and left.
