Le Donut

Swung by on a quiet Sunday just before noon. To me, the selection at that time was just enough to not be overwhelming (although I'm a huge fan of fritters so even that was enough for me). The gentleman running the counter at the time was super sweet and helpful. I walked out with an apple fritter, an apple cinnamon crunch fritter, and a maple bar. The fritters had a nice consistency in every bite and a good balance of semi-crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. If you heat up the cinnamon crunch, it tastes SO GOOD, like an apple crumbly. The maple bar was basic but fluffy and I didn't get tired of eating it like generic supermarket donuts. I'd definitely swing by again on my way up/down to Oregon.

Small shop, no more seating since COVID started, but they haven't slowed down. Great donuts, and impressive for just a husband and wife duo. Donut holes are the best and not even holes; they're end pieces for the raised twists. Even with new places putting new spins on donuts in town, this local joint is no frills, fresh, and is just bomb. They also make bomb egg rolls. Very hearty and fresh, definitely a local favorite.

I don’t even like donuts, but I’m obsessed. The maple bars are incredible. So soft and pillowy and doughy. I’ve never had a donut like it elsewhere. What is everyone else doing with their doughnuts?!! I can’t believe they aren’t rated 5 stars. Huge mistake world. The taste and doughy-ness cannot be found elsewhere. Every maple bar disappoints if it’s not a Le Donut. Egg rolls are amazing! Apple fritter is so soft and doughy. Donut holes are lovely. Very nice donuts. Can’t go wrong. Don’t miss it or you may miss out on one of the best moments of your life. This shop is a total gem. Don’t expect the unneeded interior design of Legendary Doughnuts, and just buy and eat, and live your best life already. The workers/owners are awesome.

Our first time in, decided to try a dozen & that was the right move! Every donut was light and fluffy with the perfect bite into the dough. None had any heavy oil flavor or anything, raspberry filled tasted like real raspberries and the blueberry was awesome & tasted real as well! Maple Bacon was super tasty and the bacon had the perfect amount of crunch & flavor. Didn't fall off when eaten. Doughnuts weren't too sweet and every single one was perfect! Definitely will be the main donut spot! ❤️🍩
