Not only was this place incredibly clean, and all of the toppings organized, the staff (Char, and Abdul) was kind, compassionate, and fun. The atmosphere was just warm, and inviting. Our family has been going through an impossible time, and they managed to make us laugh, and smile. They even allowed us to stay until we were done (they stayed late) I honestly can't well enough of the these 2. My entire family Thanks you

I love frozen yogurt and would eat it everyday if I could. Black Bear Frozen yogurt is such a welcoming place inside and I like that the toppings are fresh and the yogurt doesn't do damage to my stomach. We're pretty much regulars here, this is the only frozen yogurt place my family really enjoys eating at and they also have other options too instead of just yogurt which is pretty nice 🙂
Wow! The atmosphere in this place is amazing! So welcoming. I forgot to ask what the guys name was who was helping us out. But I left him a big tip and thanked him for his kindness!

We got two huge containers of frozen yogurt only for $14!!! With toppings!! Wow! Plus we got a free thank you teddy bear cookie to top it off!

What a fun atmosphere for a yogurt shop! We loved the woodsy decor and the little bears all over the shop. A good majority of the toppings are cereal which I thought was a little different than most yogurt shops, and not personally my taste. It was a bit messy and some containers were completely empty but I understand it can get that way when busy.
My first time there, but my girls been to Black Bear FroYo, but a different location. We just wanted to go out and get a family dessert and ended up here. It was a great choice made. The couple who own the place were so willing to help us, they were amazing, friendly, inviting and very helpful. I didn’t know what kind of toppings to put on, so I let the wife choose, and i was so pleased with the amazing flavors and variety in each spoonful. We will definitely be going back to this location, because of the customer service & just the family atmosphere you feel when you walk in.
Amazing customer service! I was fortunate to meet the owners and they were so kind, friendly and absolutely love what they do! Black Bear yogurt has a great variety of yogurt with so many toppings to choose from, smoothies and coffee drinks. Highly recommend!
Edited to give the owner another star for standing up for their belief. I appreciate that. Review STILL stands at 3 stars NO restrooms in here for paying people to use that might deter someone with kids. If I reviewed everyone the way you're referencing a review should be like without any convictions in even your own reply to me, everyone would get 4 or 5 stars for just trying to make ends meet. I will not post the owners comment to me here. Read my original review below. Not sure I want to come back now at all. I feel that you have borderline attacked my character.
It gets 3 stars as being one of the only options with an ok assortment dairy free options. It's generally clean, and choices of toppings is nice. In general, the flavors on their own aren't great. Frozen yogurt can have an almost freezer burnt taste to it. It's a little spendy, but so is Dairy Queen right across the parking lot. I'd prefer the dairy queen flavor over this place, or something better altogether.
