Mcdonald's

I know customer service is not a easy job. I understand that there's customer can be rude and nasty. This my second time coming here. I wanted to treat my kids cause i usually cook my meals. I can hear the employees talking about the customer's. I even heard the employee complaining about me. I think they thought i I was out the door. I was very polite. Everybody needs a job but the attitude is bad. I pray that whatever going on in there that they find peace. Lesson learned, Im stay far away from this place. I'll just drive way out to take my kids out.

Seriously the staff all looked so miserable and we couldnt make out half what they were mumbling. We ordered at drive through but once at the window they said they didnt even have what we ordered on the menu. Think you could have told us at the drive-through that what we asked for wasnt even an option instrad of just omitting it from the order. We also order one diet drink and one regular and were handed them from a woman who said she didnt know which is which cause she can't tell the difference when they come out the machine. No straws with the drinks. Fries were only half full and food was dry and cold. McFlurry was just ice cream with topping, had to mix our ourselves. Save your money, eat elsewhere.
