Burger King

The burgers were great just like I asked! They told me i needed to wait they were getting me fresh cheese sticks! Well half of them were fresh and great the other half was these in the picture I broke em albin half to show how old these were! Your employees should be ashamed of themselves serving people this! That's ridiculously old cheese sticks! As far as I'm concerned yall should be fined for serving something that old! I'm disgusted with the fact someone would feed these to someone that worked hard to get their money to wind up getting served this notrosity!

My 11 month old daughter had soiled her diaper while we were dining in at this facility. I went into the restroom to change her and they had no changing tables in the women's or men's restroom. I had to lay my daughter down on a blanket on the floor. When I got her all cleaned up I went to throw away the soiled diaper, to realize they didn't have a waste basket in the bathrooms either. I had no choice but to dispose of her soiled diaper in the front lobby. When I brought my concerns up to the manager, all she could tell me was, "they don't use paper towel at their location so there is no need for waste baskets." I told her that I had a child and had to change her on the floor of the bathroom and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When I finally sat down to eat my sandwich, I realized that it had brown lettuce on it. At this point I got up and left. This is not a family friendly restaurant and we will not be returning to this location.

I understand there shortly staffed but there is not reason to see two employees stop work I g just to talk to the people in the car in front of me for 15 to 20 minutes especially when it almost 90 degrees out and in dont have AC in my vehicle plus they shut down the ice cream machine at like 7 to 7:30 it should not be shut down till the and of the night management needs to get a handel on there employees

Staff was rude and unwilling to assist in reading the menu. Told me to go read it myself. I'm blind in one eye and have limited vision in the other eye. So if I could have read it I would not have asked for help. I asked what options for the 2 for 10 she said too many to list. I asked what the computer said she said whopper only. She then said what do you want and we can go from there. Very rude and we left didn't mean to inconvenience her by needing her to do her job. Sorry burger king you lost another customer.
