Burger King is Burger King. Not much to say about it. The crew working there were nice and were having fun with each other and getting the customers involved. A little chilly inside but it was a pretty good atmosphere.

I don't normally give such a high rating but my fries were fresh and hot which means the world to me and customer service was great! They nailed it!!!

Service has improved over what it use to be. Repairs to roof have been made and it no longer leaks. Employees are friendly and courteous. The online ordering is extremely convenient.

This particular Burger King is well managed. Of all the locations I've been to in the suburbs of Syracuse, this one's probably the best. Order is always correct. Manager is friendly and accommodating. I think he's been there for well over a decade. Always get exactly what I order and even a little extra.

I Always ask for no salt on my fries because they always add way to much salt. Then they are fresh. I use the app it saves me alot of money. Great coupons when you download the app on your phone.

Food and service EXCELLENT! However, the girl behind the area where the fries are made was handling someones phone and passed it to them, then proceeded to handle the buns putting them in to heat. VERY UNSANITARY. IT TURNED ME OFF. I love their burgers and chicken nuggets, but if this person is also cleaning not good. Please change your gloves every time you handle any food products. The two for sandwiches are a great bargain and very tasty. They do have the best french fries .

If the drive-thru has more than about 4 cars it is faster to go inside. It seemed like the roof leaks because there were three buckets and water on the floor. Their chicken fries are usually cooked well and not cold/hard when you get them and their french fries actually have salt on yhem unlike most other burger kings I have been to.

I like all BK locations and most of the products they serve. Fresh , flame broiled is what they advertise and every single BK I've ever eaten at has tasted fresh and been cooked properly. Also thier staff is great, rarely messing up and order. And who can resist a char grilled burger ??? I like thier fries and chicken strips also, a bit factory made but tasty. Lots of sauce options. Free refills on soda pop.
