The sandwiches and salads are fresh and amazing! The staff is friendly! I enjoyed the Catherine sandwich and pasta salad.

For years I have been coming and enjoying Thanos Import Market foods. They have a wonderful variety of Mediterranean food selection, including fresh and dry foods. Their frozen section is also great. “The State” is the sandwich that I love the most there. Very high quality ingredients and the flavor is very good.

Hidden gem. The staff were very helpful picking out some cheeses to pair for a wine night. They have a great looking selection of fresh meats, cheeses, olives and lots of sauces and pastas, spreads. The gourmet sandwich menu looked very good as well! No seating.

This is the best Greek salad I've had in a long time. They make it just the way you want. I always ask for extra olives and Greek dressing! The service is great and many specialty items in the store❤.

Visited for the first time. Purchased a takeout Greek salad. It was excellent. To my surprise, I found that it contained three delicious stuffed grape leaves. I'll return to try one of their sandwiches. POST PANDEMIC UPDATE: returned for the Thanos sandwich. As can be seen in the photo, it includes a very generous amount of cold cuts, and the stretch bread from Pasta's Daily Bread made it special. Suggestion: if you don't care for the taste of blue cheese, request a substitute for the aged provolone.

What a great shop in the historic Hawley Green District! They have meats and cheeses that you will not find anywhere else in Syracuse. I had the "Thanos" sandwich and I can honestly say it's the best sandwich I have had in a while. I watched as they shaved the fresh meat and it was topped with an aged provolone and home maid oil.
A must have if you are in the area.

Great little shop with a ton of Specialty Foods. They have a full Deli including many lunch meats and cheeses. They have some of the best olives in town. We have been going there for years, the new location is great!
