Panda West Chinese Restaurant

My husband and I went here after NYSFBC tonight, I was looking for Chinese food and Google lead us to them. We are so glad it did. My husband said after we went in "I hope this is like PF Chang's without the $100 price tag. Boy, did they deliver, fantastic food and wonderful service, at a reasonable price. We will certainly go there again.

Yummy Chinese restaurant located on 135 Marshall Street on Syracuse University. Great place to have lunch with quick service if you're in a rush. The atmosphere is great for night time dinners with family or celebrations. Water, tea, boba tea, and soda is provided here at Panda West. I had Crab Rangoon, Hot and Sour Soup, Pineapple Fried Rice, and the General Tso's Chicken. The food is delicious and has a nice aroma. Also, there are healthy options for people on a diet. Awesome food, service, atmosphere, and restaurant. 100% recommended!

A wonderful Chinese restaurant! The service at this place is amazing. The waitress is very nice and makes sure your dining experience is great. Ice water and tea is provided by free- which is quickly given to you by the waiters. They also give you some fried noodles in a delicious duck sauce. I ordered the Mala Chicken and the Beef with Broccoli. The wait time for food is reasonable and once it's given to you, you're greeted with lovely smells. The beef was tender and the broccoli was very tasty. The prices here are affordable and I would definitely come back here for more Chinese food. Also, the bubble tea with lychee jelly is amazing and unique and is definitely something you should try.

The best Chinese restaurant ever! The staff were extremely friendly and wanted you to have the best experience there, which I did! The atmospher is very warm and cozy add the tables were set very fancy. The food here is awesome and the wait times are reasonable. Flavorful food in reasonable portions made me extremely happy. I would definitely recommend the Peking Duck and a Classic Steak. The fried rice and General Tso's Chicken is also very good. You'll be filled if you come here for dinner. 100% for everyone who wants to relax and dine or people who have a tight schedule.

You know when you get "that craving"? You just have to have Chinese food and the temptation is great to just go for the first thing you see?A catchy restaurant name must mean the food can't be bad - right? Wrong. Here's the deal. If you have that craving and you don't want to guess whether you will have a GREAT ending to "that craving"...do what I do (after many years of experience) Go to Panda West! It will always be a great meal, great service and great fulfillment to that craving that I now call my "Panda West Craving"!

The staff treated my wife and I like a Presidential party. Amenities from always full water to fresh tea and crispy noodles were promptly served. The food was delicious and clearly cooked with care. Smiles on every face even when a nearby table of students sent a bowl of Shrimp Fried Rice back because they "didn't know it had shrimp and she's allergic." I highly recommend Panda West for a date or friendly/family company or, as we saw one student doing, a quiet table to study and enjoy expertly cooked Chinese food.

I have been going to the Panda West for 20+ years. Thee food is always fabulous and the service is outstanding. The setting is on the Syracuse University hill and offers fine Chinese cuisine with a nice ambience complete with linen tablecloths. I highly recommend this restaurant as a side note feel free to bring your own vino.
