Dined in today. Plenty of parking. We didn't have a wait. I ordered the soup salad and bread sticks. My company had the shrimp scampi. Eggplant Parm and chicken Alfredo. Everything was good..We.also had several entrees to go.The prices were extremely reasonable. The zuppa Tuscan soup was really good.
Olive Garden in Syracuse, NY excels in location, service, and cuisine. The pasta dishes are notably delectable, satisfying even discerning palates. The staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Ample parking and a well-maintained environment further elevate the dining experience. Highly recommended for a quality Italian meal.
I went there for my wedding anniversary today the service was awesome and the food was amazing
Depending on your waiter/waitress, this will make or break your visit. I’ve been here three times, two of which were perfect; delicious food and no issues. Last visit, the waitress had friends dining several booths over who she spent so much time with that I eventually had to go over and ask for an update. Apparently, the kitchen had to recook the entree as it sat on the counter and she never picked it up. I’ll definitely be back as the food is great, but if we got the same waitress, I would ask to be seated in a different section.
STELLAR service from our server (my partner has the check so I couldn’t remember her name) and amazing food as per usual! I feel awful that our server had such a bad experience with another table before us, she recovered very well and brought us our food before I could blink. Our margaritas were also excellent and I’m so grateful she recommended them to us! Please give that woman a raise, she was the best server I ever had at this chain!
Also we had eggplant parm as a main dish and I was so excited to eat it that I forgot to take a picture but I highly recommend that as well!
I decided to try Olive Garden for a Birthday celebration, I ordered my husband favorite soup and salmon for dinner.
The service is top notch and the food was absolutely delicious if you love Italian food check them out.
Our server was awesome. Fast and friendly. Didn't realize there was a hidden fee because we used the box to play 1 quiz game. Should really make that more visible and known
This place has excellent food and the service was spectacular. Its Olive Garden so do not expect cheap. For the price, if you love Italian food, this is the place. We went as a big group and the service was able to handle us at ease. Not one order messed up. Highly recommend for a taste of Italy!
Food was very good. Unfortunately we did not get offered additional bread or salad. We were placed in a dim area. We came before the busy time and there were may seats next to the windows which would have been nicer. Our second drink order came very late in the meal. Our hostess was serving another table nearby and I could not seem to get her attention to inquiry about them.
MEL made our experience outstanding, she is one of the best servers I’ve ever met!!!! Because of her I will be returning back!!!! She needs to get promoted to being a manger ASAP THANK YOU MEL you truly are a sweet person.
