When it is on it is great. But the product has become inconsistent.
I changed my rating to 5 stars because even if i get a perfect pizza every other visit, Twin Trees is the best pizza in Syracuse Bar None. I know personally how difficult it is running a business and how challenging it can be.

First trip had thr chicken parmigiana and lemon ice, second trip the pizza, everything was perfect, tasted fresh and hand made, not some pre made frozen product.

I Had the meat lovers pizza and mild wings. Both dishes cooked to perfection with great taste. The service was good. Great all around place to stop and eat!

Great experience. Food was fantastic. Ordered drinks, an appetizer, wings and pizza. Everything was excellent. We ended up sitting at the bar because it was a busy night. Lisa was very customer oriented and super friendly. Thanks for making our visit so great!

move to Florida a little over a year ago. there's not many things I miss with the exception of Wegmans and Twin Trees. I got a steak and cheese sub a chicken bacon ranch pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza It was all phenomenal

My wife, mother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-in-law had a great meal,we came back from Florida to visit and had to have a Twin Trees pizza. They don't make a good pizza in Florida like that.

Before coming by I read some of the reviews. One said "best pizza and wings ever." Did not disappoint! Amaaazing Pizza and wings. Felt bad because our kids started to get a little riled up at one point and instead of getting mad like some managers would they brought them each a toy to play with! Amazing customer service and family atmosphere will definitely make the drive again!

excellent family restaurant that has stepped up the Friday Night Fish Night menu! Lots of fish & chip options and of course, a lasagna plate that would stop a Centro bus in it's tracks! And yes, I ate every bit.
Staff is always friendly and was quick to correct an issue without hesitation. Great place casual place where big tables can accommodate big families and big laughs :)
