Your typical Dunkin business but in a good location. Great space, drink was what I expected and food was the same. Just had 1 item that was left cold but it didn't kill me so I'm stronger.

Tried ordering on the go when the store opened. I pulled up ten minutes after they “opened” as per their store hours just to find out no one was there??? Not very timely staff. I left after an additional ten minutes of waiting.
Editing review:
I showed up hours later seeing if I can still get my coffee, they were very apologetic and had my drink ready quickly. I almost always have a good experience with this location.

Excellent service. There was a new person tonight and he was so attentive. His customer service skills is an A+ . Thank for taking the extra steps with making my son feel special for getting a cold milk chocolate. As soon as he got home, he ran to tell his dad. THANK YOU!!!!
