Tim Hortons

First time at this location and I was very pleased with my visit because they staff were so helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my latte, I just wish I could find the strawberry dipped donuts more often because they are my favorite! I also am a fan of the timbiebs collab the flavor choices are incredible!

The customer service here really needs to step up their game. The other day I asked, "May I please have a small iced caramel macchiato?" -- The individual who was taking my order said, "Uhh, if I can find it." -- Who says that? Also, I used the Tim Horton's app to have a small iced caramel latte delivered to me. 35-40 minutes into waiting for it, Tim Hortons decided to cancel my order and still did not issue a refund. No one bothered to reach out to me to say it was cancelled and why it was cancelled. Nice.

I have continuously noticed that the quality of food at this location (the alexis rd location in Sylvania) is not great. Last week I ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee and they all were ice cold and the coffee didn't have taste. This morning (1/5/22), I placed an app order to get the discounted price for coffee. When I arrived the employee said that she couldn't find my order. I told her that I have the confirmation and proceeded to confirm that I was at the correct location. Instead of her trying to resolve my issue she started to yell that they don't have anything to do with the app orders and they never confirmed. So when I asked to speak with a supervisor to see how we resolve the issue, she said she was the supervisor and that she don't know how to fix it. So I just reordered my cup of coffee and prepared to pay full price. Luckily the male employee stated that he would not charge me so that was nice. My problem is with the rudeness of the supervisor and the fact that instead of her trying to fix a 99 cent problem, she would rather argue with me. I would rather cross the border and go to the pleasant Lambertville location instead of dealing with the rudeness of this location.
