Hardee's

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. This was my first time at this location and I had to drive over 30 minutes to get there (because all the Hardee's near me have closed) I have always enjoyed their food in the past and this location, was no exception. I can't wait to go back, but because it's so far away, it will be a while before I return.

Food was piping hot, we ate inside this time after using the drive-thru on many separate occasions. It was clean, contemporary and very pleasant. The manager was wandering the dining area and helping bus tables if you can believe it. I'm glad we went inside for once. There's something about it that was just very different than the usual fast food joints. We enjoyed our quick lunch. Also, I am dairy-free and this place has an allergen menu. I was able to order a roast beef and 'curly'-type fries. Will definitely be back for more!

Hardee's restaurants have come and gone in the Chicago market a few times during my lifetime. Though I have had mixed feelings about Hardee's over the years; my recent visit here was excellent. Firstly; the restaurant was very clean and the crewmember who waited on us was very pleasant. We both ordered the Big Hot Ham and Cheese combo because we had a coupon. Seldom do I rave about a sandwich; but wow, this one was excellent. It was an experience that did not disappoint; loaded with ham and topped with (processed?) Swiss cheese. The cheese was melted so the flavor blended nicely with the ham. The French fries were French fries; I don't particularly care for French fries but they came with the meal. Being diabetic, I would be curious if I could have substituted for something else; but did not inquire. Overall, this place is a very nice alternative to the other fast food restaurants in the area.

Went through the drive-thru on 06/03/2020 on our way out of town. Five minutes down the road we open the bag - fries are like ice, both burgers again, ice cold. Went to get a drink of soda, the Coke was only brown carbonated water - GAG. Called to complain to the manager. She took my name but refused to give me hers, said we would get 2 replacement meals and hung up on me. Went back today (06/04/2020) and the manager refused to replace the meals from yesterday and said if I didn't leave immediately he would have me arrested. Great for business. You're getting the same rotten review on Google. I'm out $17 for food no one could even eat.
