I always receive good, prompt, courteous service here. Food is always fresh and hot. I've been eating here almost daily as I bought the $10 "one free taco a day for 30 days" deal.

One of the best taco bell's around. The food is consistently good. The place is clean and the employee's are very nice. Fast and friendly service. Great location. Easy to see from the road.

This Taco Bell is one of the best I've been to. People here seem to care about their customers and food while others just throw taco meat in a bag and hand you what they say is your order. The staff is friendly and polite and the inside is always clean!

Going in wasn't the best idea as you ha d to order on your own and their computer system is so confusing and non operational I'd prefer to never step foot in a taco bell again, but the drive through moves fast most the time and this one has good beans so I was okay with it.

This is probably the best Taco Bell I have been to. I order online and pick up in the drive through. Over the intercom they always verify my order and the window associate always asks if I wanted any other sauce than what was specified in the online order.

I came to this location about 10:12 p.m. and got the chicken quesadilla combo, came with a hard taco... and of course I had to add a doritos locos fiery taco. Clutch!!!

There really isn't much to tell. It's a Taco Bell.
The staff are nice and to me that is 1 of the most important things.
The one thing I hate the most of all fast food restaurants and stores. Is the self service whether it is ordering food or checking out. I don't work there and if you are going to that service then you should give a discount for me doing the job that is suppose to be done by the establishment. What I'm trying to get at is that everytime I have gone in, I've had someone take my order and they have never asked me to to use the kiosks and they have always said "we'll be right with you." This is a big reason for me to keep going back.
I'll keep going I have no issues with this Taco Bell and one of the biggest reasons is because of friendliness of the staff.

Most of the food I have ordered from the Taco Bell in Swansboro has been cold. I’ve ordered from here about 4-5 times thinking it probably won’t happen again.. can you guess how it was every time??
