I go here for coffee every morning and they always make it the way I like it. Service is fast! Sucks they can’t take tips here which I believe is ridiculous. The employees work hard and they’re great .. I’d like to show my gratitude. This should seriously be changed. First dunks I’ve been to that does this.

For the past 4 days every time i get 2 hot lg lattes when i grab them it feels empty and sure enough i take lid off and the cup is filled 1/3 way full that is disgusting i am paying almost 5 dollars a piece the foam doesnt mean to be filled to top it evaporates it is steamed milk with a thin froth on top train your employees better your employees are basically scaming people with u pay for a certain size u should be getting what u pay for

I went to get some chocolate frosted donuts for my son i i get whatever they wanted to give me and this girl was so energetic sacrcasm speeking grr lost time money and even got so mad when i found out.

On most coffee orders they are good. But when they sell something on the side that is not fresh and you already drove away, it is annoying.

THE BEST of all the DD around. I actually drive to this Swampscott location from Salem because the difference in quality is noticeably better. More bacon on their sandwiches and fresh. No joke. Someone should make this a training store for Beverly, Salem and especially Lynn.

All the people that work at this dunkin’ are incredible workers very nice people. I come here almost everyday for my large peach passionfruit refresher and i’ve never had a problem here.

It's hard for me to rate this place because I was meeting a friend and we were going to sit inside and have coffee. Then found out that you couldn't do it and was disappointed. So not the fault of the Duncan the fault of covid rules

Great during the week in the early morning. However after dinner it's not worth it iced coffee is terrible and the workers just look miserable being there. Also hot and cold on weekends.
Update:
I am now avoiding this location because your ice coffees are served with barely any ice left and watered down, consistently I am a daily customer and so is my wife sometimes a few stops a day plus feeding my 3 kids this is a big problem for us and I am now going to Lynn on Lewis st and the iced coffee is fantastic.
You’ve been downgraded from a 3 ⭐️ to a 2 ⭐️ sorry but improve your care to the customer.
