I eat at this chain 3 to 4 times a week. Never encountered any verbal disrespect. The order taker(Karen) was rude when she asked,"Is that all, can you repeat your order, IS THAT ALLin a higher tone voice." I proceeded to ask "if they have salads?" She yells "NO WE DONT HAVE ANY SALADS" I ended my order and proceeded to pull forward in the lengthy line, patiently waited. Once I reached the window, I asked "are you having a bad night?" Karen says "yes, my bread machine is broken"- no description how. I told her "I hope it gets better." I pull forward where a more pleasant young lady recalls my order, and places it in the bag. I requests to speak to the manager- Adrian? I explained my concern of customer service and asked him "Did you hear the conversation of rudeness from Karen?" He stated "No." I proceeded to tell him "it wasn't good, but fairly rude." He apologized. Arriving back to work to eat and all three sandwiches looked like this. I love McDonald's and hope your team fixes this issue with maintenance for the equipment and educating team players on customer service.
No complaints at all fast drive through and have never got my order wrong
I always come here for breakfast l get the usual 2 sausage mcgriddle and 2 hashbrowns then l am off to work.

This McDonald's has been very good lately..the fries were hot and just the way I like them.
This McDonald's is one of the better in the area. They always have what we want even ice cream. Their staff is alsways friendly
