Had a Birthday offer, so decided to stop here after work. The guy was nice, but no masks were worn by the workers, and their clothes were extremely dirty. My food was cold (eating as I drove away) didn't return because it was free and didn't want a do over because how dirty they were. Very disappointed the food is usually cooked fresh. This was 8pm so not sure why they weren't following normal procedures.

Courteous efficient service and delicious food.
We had not been in several years. We've never ordered from the window before, but due to COVID limitations on indoor dining we tried the drive up service window.
They no longer have footlong hotdogs but we tried the Frank Steak with chili, and my teenager who KNOWS HOT DOGS said the Steak & Shake Frank Steak was surprisingly tasty!!

We got there at opening on a Sunday morning. David took care of us and this was probably our best visit to a Steak 'n Shake in many years. The food matched what we were used to in Central Illinois and the service exceeded it. Definitely recommend stopping in here for a visit.

I love Steak ‘n Shake the prices are Great a lot better than Mc Donald’s! The food is good I just wish they wouldn’t salt the hamburgers!! Most the time I forget to ask for no salt because they go crazy with it!! Other than that service is always Great an so is the food!!

Best shakes around. They had great burgers and hot dogs made to order unfortunately due to the covid outbreak they closed all the indoor seating areas but you can still order through the drive thru.

My daughter and I just love THIS particular Steak 'n Shake. The restaurant graded by state inspector is 100% - How much cleaner could they get? I won't dine with any other Steak 'n Shake unless they can match up.
