I usually order my coffee delivery using uber app. Coffee is always good. I haven’t visited this store. But i believe this store team is kind and professional , for sure :) Thanks you <3

I unfortunately purchase far too much Starbucks.. however with that being said. This is by far one of my favorite locations! They are always speedy and accurate. Last time I was there I tried a new drink that I had not had before. Altho It was what I ordered, I was not thrilled with the product. Without question they repaid me a drink of my choice at no cost to me. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

Second time I've been there during the lunch hour and they were out of sandwiches! Ugh!! Very frustrating. Friendly staff but need to plan their food orders better so that customers can get lunch during lunch.

Horrible service! I understand this is a training store but the staff members were more worried about talking amongst themselves about their schedule, then serving customers!!!
I have been getting the same tea at Starbucks for the last 10 years! They have never taken the teabags out of my tea!!

Constantly changing their hours. Currently don’t open until 10am during the week...how does that even make sense? I understand having to make changes due to covid but...?

If your company is going to treat a people group to free coffee, try not to serve it up with a negative attitude.

The vanilla bean frappe was great, as always, but the line wrapped around the building. They need to offer curbside service and move the spaces to the other side of the parking lot.
