Bukharaa

Poor food quality at high price. We ordered lamb biriyani, chicken 65,naan and tandoori chicken, all waste. Worst taste no spice no salt even not cooked well. Horrible experience of food. Worst costumer service, only one person was available in counter who is managing the costumer order, serving and payment so, waiting time is too long. I would never suggest anyone to go this place.

We have been eating at Bukhara Indian Restaurant for well over 10 years. We eat there or take out at least once a week. (We continued to have take out during Covid-19 and have recently started eating inside the restaurant again) The tables are appropriately spaced out to keep everyone safe, all staff wear masks. We absolutely love the food. We've never had a dish that we didn't think was delicious. We meet up with many of our English friends there quite often. I high recommend this restaurant above all others in Georgia. Thank you Bukhara for continuing to serve excellent food.

We ordered a big tray of chicken makhani for my son’s bday party last weekend and it was so terrible. It had no taste whatsoever. NO ONE in the party (25 people) LIKED IT AND I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY THE WHOLE TRAY ( IM NOT LYING ) Even the worst food experience from other restaurants, we thought that was better then this. I tried to call the owner and told him about it but he says that’s how we make it and he claimed ours is better then other restaurants. Which is highly his own opinions. So if this is how their food tastes then I’m sorry we are never returning their place. We were their long time customers and trusted them But unfortunately they lost our business but it seems like they don’t even care. So if you want to save yourself from an embarrassment at party or at dinners DO NOT take chance on ordering food from here. At last- no regrets from owner for giving a indigestible food.

Wow, how unprofessional can you be? It's Saturday night, it's Diwali, fine. However, I waited over half an hour for a doordash order that apparently was not even in queue to be prepared. Per the customers request I had to cancel the order, and I lose all that time AND money. The least they could have done is confirm the actual order with me, rather than brush me off every time I inquired about the status. The employees should have provided even AN IOTA of empathy, yet they treated me like I was a nuisance. The kicker is, the order was never even started; they lied and said it's coming right up!!! Don't ever forget the drivers like me who facilitate your deliveries ARE ALSO CUSTOMERS. I will make sure to never bring my family here or ever deliver an order for this restaurant again.
