Cracker Barrel

usually the service and food is great, but do not do curbside pickup. They do not care about bringing you your food and just let your food go cold until you finally have to ask about it yourself by coming inside. Just say pick up, don't bother with curbside delivery. Very disappointed by their poor level of service about this. I wouldn't be as perturbed if this just happened to me and I was unlucky, but there were other cars next to me waiting as well and they all had to go inside to get their food eventually to be told that they 'forgot'.

I have been going to cracker barrel since I was a kid with my parents. I love Cracker Barrel and this was the first bad experience in the store I have had. One particular employee was too involved in my wife and my shopping. First asked for help and wouldn't walk away after, brought me a basket immediately, had to ask for a condiment 3 times even when waitress came to our table 2 more different times by that time my fish was cold, then my wife wanted to look at the other clearance section before we left and the same Associate was again being loss prevention obvious about us. Not stopping at this store again. Ill go to one where I am not incriminated.

Karmen was amazing! We had to wait a bit longer than normal for a table cause it was busy! We have 3 kids and they were hungry and fussy. Karmen took care of us, got us drinks, helped grab us a biscuit to feed the little baby and sped our orders to get us taken care of. Wonderful experience, service, and food. Food was great, but service was top notch!
