Only place I like chai tea, but the traffic to get into the parking lot is getting backed up to the intersection. Long wait times. I used to go 7 days a week, now I go one a week if they’re lucky.

I ordered an iced coffee with salted caramel & cream. For some reason they could not get this order right. Repeated it back to me at least 3 times & then gave me an iced coffee with mocha & toffee nut. Even charged me an extra $0.60 for the mocha that I didn’t want. The line was really long & service was pretty slow so I didn’t bother taking it back even though it was not good to me at all.

literally 3 people in there total. so many bugs and flies. everyone left and i was the only one waiting on a mobile order. there’s nothing under the giant “MOBILE ORDER” sign. i ask, they said they were working on it. 10 minutes later i ask again. they had it sitting at the register for 15 minutes. ridiculous. you don’t deserve even one star.

Glad to find them. We've driven through 3x year. PA - SC & didn't know all the shops & Starbucks were up on the hill from Rt 79; we've always stopped at fast food & gas stations at bottom hill opposite side of hgwy. Now we know where you are, we'll be back.
