I love Surfside Firehouse! The subs are ALWAYS great and the entire staff is fantastic! However, that one extra kind lady that works in the place just made my day last visit! We need more people in the world like her! Such a Blessing!
I'll be back as I'm craving Firehouse just thinking about it doing this review! FYI, The New York Steamer is my Sub of Choice!

We were on vacation and went to this location. The food and service were excellent. Mrs.Virginia that worked was so friendly, welcoming and upbeat to everyone who entered. We just wanted to make sure she was recognized because she made our night better.

We got take out twice during our Family week in Myrtle Beach. We were a group of 10 so we spent a fair amount of money. The pricing was fair and the food was always fresh and tasty. But the first order included a gluten free roll and the packaging was not clearly marked Gluten Free. There was an unexplained "0" so we assumed it was the GF roll. Fortunately the customer had no reaction.
The second order had a "no meat" salad. It was suppose to be a Firehouse salad with meat. My receipt clearly indicated the correct salad. Also some of the dressings were missing.Check your order before leaving the store. Staff needs to be more careful preparing and packing the orders.

I only gave 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option. I had lunch with my brother and my uncle, and all 3 of us left extremely happy. I took some cookies and brownies home for my kids and of course they were perfect as well.
I won't forget to add that even my dog liked this visit. I grabbed him some ham to go and it was gone in less than 30 seconds.
Super great personalities behind the counter and such great quality food. I'm now a regular customer for life.

I have not had a bad experience here yet. The staff is always polite and friendly. They make sure your food is delicious and you are satisfied. The sandwiches are always yummy and good

Great food! Staff is ok, not very engaging with customers. Place needs a deep cleaning. I will be back eventually, hopefully they will have done a good thorough cleaning! Prices are reasonable.
