Pirate's Table Calabash Seafood Buffet

Typical Myrtle Beach seafood buffet with $50 per person price tag. Overall good experience and good food. The crab was bland and overcooked so it stuck the shell but the prime rib was the best I’ve ever had in Myrtle Beach! Nice variety of items. Food was hot and seemed fresh! The crab was my only disappointment while visiting here. The server was amazing! The atmosphere was fun and not too cramped or overcrowded. I would visit here again for sure and just hope for better crab. This would have been a flawless buffet if they had nailed the crab so I’ll try it again for sure.

Fabulous experience! All that staff were very friendly and all were fully dressed in pirate clothing. The atmosphere is well decorated and the restaurant was incredibly clean. The staff were constantly cleaning. The crab legs were well stocked, very hot, and shelled easily. All of the bar food was kept at proper temperature and well stocked. The selection was excellent. The peel and eat shrimp has very good flavor and easy to shell. The prime rib was moist and perfectly cooked. They had au jus sauce as well. The bar was kept clean and plastic gloves were provided to handle the dipping spoons if you like (which we always use). The hot butter, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce were spot on! The kids in the place LOVED the live mermaid in the pool inside the restaurant. The staff seemed to enjoy working there. The price was just over $48 per person, so you have to come with an appetite. We eat tons of crab legs and know how shell them quickly so it is worth it to us by far. Our daughter ate a cheaper supper before we came and the price would not be worth it for someone who does not have a large appetite or eat seafood (although they had plenty of non-seafood items but you can get that cheaper up the street at Southern Chicken buffet). We used a $4 off per-person coupon from Pirateland Campground front desk, so try to get one of those. It helps a little! The bathrooms were very clean. Watermelon was fresh and had a great taste. The dessert selection was pretty good but we are usually too full from crab legs! The salad bar and hush puppies are great, but don’t fill up on much of that when you are paying for prime rib and seafood! This is a great place to visit and you will leave stuffed but happy! From the time you walk In to the time you leave you feel like family. The buffet has everything you can imagine and oh so good. We only eat here when in Myrtle Beach for our seafood fix. Thank you Pirates Table for the delicious food and awesome atmosphere.

This is the second time my husband and I have eaten here. If you love seafood. This is certainly a place you must visit. Even your children will enjoy their live Mermaids.

If you are looking for seafoods buffet this is the best place that you can eat all you can seafoods, I love the snow crab legs (first one to be gone because almost all the costumers gets it) also I love the raw oyster they are huge. We went went there around 5pm so I advised to go there before dinner so there will be not a lot of people and still have plenty of crab legs. Service is fantastic, we love our server, she’s really good and accommodating. Also if you or your kids love mermaids, they have mermaid who swims in their big aquarium.
