I placed a delivery order over the phone with a young man who just started 2 days ago, a Friday might I add today is Sunday. With a tiny bit of difficulty on his end the order was placed. The entire time of the conversation he was very polite and also patient ( I can be difficult). Ultimately we received the wrong order. I promptly called and was greeted by the same young man who was again polite and gave me to a manager. After a short explanation the manager rectified the situation as I explained the young man was very professional. After a prompt delivery of the second and correct order I'm happy. From my phone call to the mistake and our delivery driver in between (same one), we are pleased with our experience. And the food was great also. Thanks Domino's Holden Beach! I haven't had too good experiences before but tonight y'all made it right.

When I tell you I've NEVER had a better customer service experience...I MEAN I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! We ordered from Papa John's with a delivery range of 70-80 minutes. At the 95min mark I called. The young man that answered said "We're waiting for Door Dash"!!
I understand being busy AND short handed BUT APOLOGIZE and offer some type of resolution aimed at CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! Cancelled that order because they couldn't even estimate arrival time.... called DOMINO'S and that young man went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate, he told me how awesome their bacon was (so I added it 😉), plus he was friendly, professional and just FANTASTIC!!!
THANK YOU DOMINO'S for feeding my family IN UNDER 30MIN (including delivery time) at 9pm on Thursday when your competitor wasted my kids dinnertime PLUS a ½hour and didn't even apologize!

Called to place a delivery order. Out sourced third party service collected credit card info, entered my order into their computer, charged my credit card, and then said the order didn't go through and he didn't know why, except now he was going to transfer me to the local store. On hold for 25 min and then the line was disconnected. I called the third party service back and he explained he had no option to cancel my order, and couldn't credit my card. He could only forward my call to the local store again. Waited another 25 min on hold with the local store and again the call was disconnected. I called my credit card company and they agreed not to pay Domino's Pizza. I should have believed all the bad reviews this store has, they are so true. I just wasted an hour for nothing. I hope this store losses all it's delivery business. What a poor poor excuse for their management. If their management does not respond to my comment, I sure hope all of you will realize to stay away from this store. I will report them to Corporate if the local manager does not respond to this comment.

Pizza is always cold. Seems they do not prioritize they're cooking at all. If you order wings and pizza they will cook your pizza first and let it just sit n get cold. Manager is rather young and only seems to care about his numbers. Not the people. Pizzas are luke warm at best.

Took my order at 7:05 & delivery was supposed to be in 55 min to 1 hr 15 min almost 2hours hours later no pizza. Called back and the man who took the order couldn't find the order then a lady name Ashley found the order and it was just on the make line at 8:45 per Ashley after the man I spoke with previously put the phone down and said nothing. Rude and not great customer experience at all.

We travel in an RV and eat at a lot of Domino's. This is a Good location. Have always been pleased with my pizza.

Missing a pizza, multiple pizzas messed up, 2 hour wait, and a 45 minute hold call to order. What else could you not ask for!

I ordered a small hand tossed mushroom pizza - instead I got a thin crust and it was cold. I also ordered eight piece chicken wings & 2 sauses. I got one sauce and of the eight wings only one was a drumette. The wings weren't crispy and tasted like something that I would have made myself using the lowest quality frozen wing package from the grocery store.
