Patronies Pizza

It wasn't bad. The toppings were generous but huge. (Except for the green bell pepper.) I like my veggie pizza toppings diced, but that's my personal preference. The toppings did fall off the slice when eating. The crust was thicker than I expected, but definitely not bad. The sauce was mild, my palette enjoys a bolder zest. All in all, we ate the pizza and felt satiated but it didn't leave me thinking I'll crave it again in the future.

It was Memorial Day weekend (Sunday evening) and we expect there to be long times but this was a surprise.. we ordered about 6:15pm and they said it would be 30 minutes.. super fast! When we got there to pick up our pizzas the place was thumping.. lots of people picking up their pizza's, people waiting to be seated, the parking lot looks like a ballet of vehicles doing swan lake. Inside the staff was in full swing, they checked every pizza for correctness before it went out and everything with a smile. Oh and by the way, our two pizzas were generously laden with toppings and we love their crust and sauce! Sorry no pictures, we were hungry and dove right in!

I'm from NY and the best pizza I've ever had was in Brooklyn. Nothing can match it.... If you change your mind set and just think about 'pizza'...not NY pizza, not Chicago pizza, just pizza...it was pretty good. Better than my homemade pies. Will totally go back. It was crispy and greasy!!! Yum!!! We've been here 1 year and so far it's my fav in the area. Good job Patronies!

We ordered takeout: 1. Spaghetti with meatballs-- 4 stars. Good but slightly overpriced 2 Caesar Salad and House salad-- 3 stars. Alright, but not worth the price... the kits from the grocery store are just as good 3. Pepperoni pizza-- 5 stars. The best thing they have, not too greasy, really good. 4. Wings-- 3 stars. Overpriced and not great.
