This has to be the best chipotle in all of south Florida Ong I come to this location all the time and have never had a bad burrito but when I’m coming home from work late and they’re closed I gotta go to ol ho ahh university location and that chipotle is always hot ahh garbage. This location is 10/10

Given that it is the busiest restaurant in the Food Court having the longest lines, the wait times are not bad as they deal with orders very quickly. Wait times aside the customary Chipotle quality in food can be expected.

I had an issues with a door dash driver - he left half my order when he picked up. Matilda called me to let me know, driver came back and cancelled my order. Matilda called again to let me know and try to help me find a solution. She was so helpful and caring! Excellent customer service. Matilda you’re amazing!

I order here a bit too much sometimes lol. But it's a good spot, very convenient location for me. Just beware that the line does get a bit slow due to a lot of first timers ordering from here and taking a long time to decide what to get. So plan to wait a bit, or order online 😏

SO impressed with the manager of this location!
Story time: My husband had my car for the night and I had placed an order at the Chiptole down the road near Ikea. I live right across the street so I walked over to pick my food up from an online order.. When I got there, they told me that my food was at the location inside the mall and they wouldn't remake my bowl unless I paid again... I didn't have my wallet or access to get the mall location without a car or a 3 mile walk, so I gave up and walked home. I called the mall location to let them know what happened and that I wouldn't be picking up my food. NOT ONLY did the manager I spoke to refund me, he offered to drive the food over and be delivered... EXCELLENT customer service. Very impressed.
