I went to Burger King on Nob Hill Rd with a friend the other day and first of all there are quite a few burger places around but we went to this store. We usually go through the drive thru but this time we went inside so here's my review, first thing we did was go to the register because it just happens 2 of my best friends are one of the vice president's of Burger King and another is in charge of inspecting food places...especially if I tell him to. When we got to the register the young lady whose name is Ro was so helpful and polite and attentive and also patient with the senior citizens standing in front of her taking forever to get their simple order right but that's our job as old people now, taking a long time and changing our minds. Ro was so nice and helped us to order our lunches and didn't even know that I have a couple of very close friends that could make someone's day difficult or a whole restaurant get a check up out of the blue sort of.
Ro was so nice so I also looked around and did my own sort of inspection and the whole place was very clean and also stocked up with the supplies sometimes missing from restaurants if they don't keep up with things the customer looks for. The whole experience was so nice and I'll be mentioning it to my friend next time I see him for lunch as well. We look forward to coming back to this particular store and if you don't think one little old man can change how much a store register brings in, a place 1/2 way down the block has over 70 other seniors that were going there over 150 times as a whole and are on our list we have so we all agree to go or not go somewhere if we ask each person to. A big thanks to Ro and the store for being so nice to me and my friend another older person so could have a nice experience.

The store was pretty slow due to the weather but the whole staff is walking around filling up the side stationsand finding work to do. Extremely clean atmosphere, food was fresh and staff was pleasant!

Placed a mobile pick up for the whopper meal heavy mayo. Fast friendly service. I tried to eat and drive but ended up with a heap of dressed lettuce 🥬 on my driver floor 🫠. The food was hot and fresh. Will return.

Jocelyn, our cashier, was very hospitable along with her Nigerian colleague. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. We laughed and had a pleasant conversation with them while we waited on our food which was prepared with care. As we left, they invited us to come back.

I went here and the lobby was closed. The delta variant has some restaurants closing the inside areas as well as people not wanting to be vaccinated for whatever reason. But anyway I ordered a bacon king and a fish sandwich from the drive through. Forgot a fork and spoon as I don't eat the bun. But the food was filling once I got home. For a cheap price its pretty good. I do recommend
