This place was a great deal, we went during lunch and definitely felt like we got our money's worth and then some. Everything was amazing, from the salad bar, the meats, and we even saved room for dessert (you need to save room, they are delicious)
The server was spectacular, we will definitely be back

I only stopped in for a beer but I met the owner and manager and they're great people. Brazaviva is a classy, upscale restaurant with an all you can eat menu. They offer filet mignon, chicken, sausage and pork sliced right at your table. The salad bar looks absolutely delicious and includes fresh ceviche. It might seem pricey but you're not going to find REAL filet mignon for less than $40 anywhere. I'd say the prices are well worth the meal. It's all you can eat, so enjoy the elegant atmosphere and warm staff while you eat till your heart's desire.

Ok...so I was a little apprehensive about this place because the reviews went from either 1 or 5. Hardly anything in the middle. This place is Amazing!!! We usually go to either Texas de Brazil or Chima but the meat here is much tastier and the service is unbelievable. Edder was our server. He was sweet, attentive and explained everything in great detail. He did all of this with a great smile. As far as the people that spoke about Bianca and the fat guy...well we are fortunate enough not to have met them because they are no longer here and we had AMAZING EDDER! The price is extremely reasonable compared to the others for much better food and service. Oh and a must have is the grilled pineapple! WOW! This restaurant is a 5+++++ to us!!! OBRIGADO!

The selection of meats is not as wide as the online menu states for dinner. It takes way too long before they start brining around a wide variety. Frankly, it just doesn't live up to the hype.
*******UPDATE 1/7/2018********
Each time we come to this location it seems to be getting progressively worse. On this visit, none of the wait staff asked us how we preferred our meat. At one time this was customary when we would come here. We enjoyed that because our waiter took the time to get to know our likes. It took the waiter four visits to our table before he actually brought beef after my husband already requested it. It seems as if though they purposefully offer you the cheaper chicken meats and garlic bread options to fill you before they begin to offer you the cuts of meats that you look for when coming to a place like this. Our waiter lacked finesse when informing us of the meat selection he would bring to our table. And after some time, he had a somewhat judgy look on his face when asking my husband what else he wanted. Almost implying that my husband's card had been green for way too long. They always serve a delectable banana dessert covered in brown sugar. But this time the banana did not seem to have had been cooked to sweetness as usual. It was firm and did not meet our expectation. Unfortunately, it seems as if this location no longer values the quality of their food nor the experience. We will stop coming to this location. And they definitely charge enough to make a profit so it is shocking that even their building is lacking in appeal. We've included a picture that shows half of their neon sign is not lighting up properly. It seems this location has become run down.

Saturday night, at 9pm we were 4 people on the whole restaurant. The bill was too expensive, no wonder why it was empty.

We decided to do our end of the year dinner with our company at this place because it looked like a nice place to go to since we love steak and my family and I had been there before with a fairly good food experience. Unfortunately this time the restaurant was not ready for our event. The waitresses were doing a really bad job at taking the drinks orders, and some never came and when one of them came after asking for it several times it came with a paper receipt inside, like it was put in there in purpose. Also, the time and food seemed to be limited since the waitresses will be picking up the dishes and utensils fast without bringing new silverware to get more food. This was super rude in my opinion. We're not picky but we felt thrown out. The steak was scarce, people wanted to eat more but the parrilleros or cooks never came back with any more meat. I usually don't do these reviews but this time my partners and I are really mad, specially since we paid close to $3000 for this event that was a really bad experience for us. I hope they get better at treating customers if they stay opened. We won't be back at this place for sure.

It is a great place to eat. The food was delicious. Very clean. I do think a person should be at the front at all times to check people in, sit them down and to say farewell. They charge 40 dollars a plate and that does not include drink or dessert. It should be enough to staff a person at the front. They should also include a promotional day, maybe a tuesday where you get 15% off or something. The place looked pretty empty. For the quality of the meat they should increase advertisement or something. Tip of 18% is included with the bill.

Reasonably priced for the quality of food and service
Stick to the Red meats much better prepared
Service very good both times that I visited

This place is outstanding. We go once a week to enjoy the best steak in town. Salad bar is tops with many items to compliment your meal. Love the cheese bread and cinnamon bananas that they bring to the table. highly recommended to anyone that wants delicious steak with excellent service.

Customer. Too expensive for what you get. On a scale of 1-10 the meats get a 5. Some were dry and some very salty. Service was good but it doesn't matter. We eat out a lot at very nice restaurants so I feel as though we are pretty good judges of quality. Sorry, but will never go there again and will definitely not recommend.

RIPOFF STAY AWAY. RIPOFF RIPOFF!!!! We had our work Christmas party there last night and what a total ripoff. We booked 50 people in advance and had to sign a contract The contract stated that the drinks were $4.50 for beer, $5.00 for wine and $7.00. Everything ordered at the bar they charged full price (expensive too $8 for a glass of the house wine and $11 for a jack and coke). We kept complaining and they kept saying we don't know anything about that. How convenient. Finally at the end of the night our party coordinator found the emailed contract on his cell phone and showed the manager. The manager said that it was his mistake but nobody told him about it. Too late. You already overcharged 50 people for three hours!!!!!!!!!! Food was not bad but service all around was horrible. One bartender for a party of 50. Stay away, they do not care one bit bout keeping customers. Oh yeah, almost forgot, they included gratuity in all the bar tabs and didnt tell anyone. Low class

Excellent Food and Service. Our family went there tonight for my parent's 50th anniversary party and we were very pleased! The waitress was very attentive, the guys who bring the skewers of meat were fast and constantly serving us something, and the salad bar had some nice specialty items. My favorites were the sirloin and garlic sirloin. They have other meats such as Filet Mignon, Lamb, Salmon, Chicken, Ribs, Sausage, and more. The also have an amazing grilled pineapple that was to die for! We had seconds, and thirds, and fourths of it. The manager also made sure that our anniversary party went smoothly. We will definitely be going back soon!

OK, but expensive. The service was very good. All the servers were nice and attentive. The price is high. $35 per person for dinner, plus drinks, dessert. Kids under 6 free. Kids 7-12 half off. The salad bar and hot dishes are OK, but not great. The meats are good, but not great. I probably won't return because of the cost.

Not my thing. I tried this place and I wanted to like it. I enjoyed the salad bar and my glass of Malbec. But the meat was not up to par. Because of how they carve and cook again, I found the meats dry. The rib was more like jerky. The chicken tasted old and the lamb was fatty. Even the Filet Mignon lacked flavor and seasoning.

Not good at all.. Brazaviva Churrascaria was the worst experience! The meat was horrible! Buyer Beware! My girlfriend said it tasted like a wet god, and I agreed.

Also, its good for 1 per table, the bill was 100$ with the groupon about 60$ with drinks, not worth it, they come up to you to give you the food. Not like "The Knife".

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!. Horrible service, salad bar is no big deal, most items are very bland. Cuts of meat from the outside edges were all covered with undisolved salt. Some items were raw and others were way overcooked. We were never served our bread, bananas and mashed potatoes. There are other Brazialian Churrascarias that are much better. Don't bother with this one.

Great restaurant!. The manager was excellent in explaining the rodizio system, and following up to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that the food was good. There were so many different cuts of meat, and the servers were very polite and made sure we were well taken care of. The flan-cheesecake was also delicious! Excellent service, food and location. We will be back!

WOW WEE!!!. I absolutely love this place. If you are a REAL carnivore with a taste for the finer cuts in life, this place is like heaven on Earth. I usually go there for special occasions, but I find that I make up more special occasions evry month, just so I can go back. Their fillets and churrasco, in particular, are really off the hook. Phenomenal flavor, Great service, and a fantastic salad bar add up to a wonderful dining experience that never disappoints! MMmmmm, I'm making myself hungry just writing this review...ok...mmmmm...I gotta go....see you there!!!!

The best meat I ever ate!!!. Last night, I went to Brazaviva with my coupon from Groupon and I was surprised with the quality of the meat, which was excellent and delicious. The salad bar had a good variety of salads, the service was great, and best of all, the price is lower than other churrascarias. I recommend this place!!

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but the poor experience warrants it. The staffs restaurant etiquette is nonexistent. Food was subpar at best, yet remains overpriced. Avoid at all cost.

Love it! But not happy with the changes. We always go there, from the day they open, they have made changes in the salad bar, and I can tell its bad, salads are poor , they take away the mozzarella and the other cheese, THE MEAT STILL BEING THE SAME AND ITS AMAZING, THE SERVICE STILL BEING THE SAME AND I WILL SAID THEY STUFF IS GREAT, KIND, NICE. THE PLACE ITS AMAZING! I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!. Honestly, I don't know what these other people are talking about. Brazaviva has to be one of the best Churrascaria's I have ever been to. Not only do they have top-quality Certifies Angus Beef, more than 15 different types of meat, and a huge salad bar with great variety, but the ambience in each restaurant (they have one in Doral and another one in Sunrise) is superb! The Brazilian music and the decor of the place only add to the excellent service and amazing food. I highly recommend this restaurant to people of all ages! I give this restaurant 5 stars!
Muna
Stay away from this restaurant!!! The service is AWFUL!!! They don't come to your table to give you appetizers, you have to tell them like so many times that you want something...meat is also not the best quality. I'm Brazilian and for sure this is not a good churascarria. The owner is Portuguese and not Brazilian ...Go to Fogo do chao or Texas de brazil...those have great service and food...I regret coming to this place...never again...very dissapointed!!!

We were given the bum's rush. The food tastes good. But, the service is terrible. The manager came to our table at an hour in and took our plates away. We had 7 people and 3 of them didn't arrive until we had been there for 20 minutes. They were not given the appetizer. The waiters were slow to bring food. After awhile, they just stopped coming. I've been to Fogo de Chao and Chima. The food is better at both places and the service is hugely superior. The desserts here were awful. And, we had a birthday person and he wasn't sung to or given a free birthday dessert. All in all, a disappointing experience.

It's not worth the price. The meat was barely flavored and very salty. There was a limited variety of sides, and they were not very tasty. The service was OK but really could have been better. Overall, I'd have been better off getting fast food.

Best lunch-hour deal anywhere in South Florida, specially with the current 99 cents drafts. Service is excellent, but the food is the star here. Beginning with the famous picanha (top sirloin, tri-tip or however else you'd like to call it) it's just amazingly juicy and tender. They also serve just the tip, with or without garlic (called "picanha nobre"), which is my favorite now, along with their sausage. Lunch menu has a few items less than dinner, but personally they're not missed -considering the price difference. I recommend them to friends, families and coworkers alike; I've been there over a dozen times and the service and quality and very consistent. PS: not sure what the earlier reviewer was droning in about the restaurant's name? Its former name was "Fuego Vivo", but who cares that it has a Spanish name versus a Portuguese (not Brazilian) name? And his recommendation of other restaurants is laughable: none of those "hole in the wall" restaurants come close to Braza Viva. Specially "Feijão com Arroz" -stay away from that overpriced place, with its horrible service and awful atmosphere.
Cleiderson Da Silva
They try... But how can you go eat Typical Brazilian BBQ when the nane Of the place is FUEGOVIVO!!? That's Spanish not Brazilian!! Want a good home made Brazilian BBQ? Drive on Federal and stop at this little hole in the wall plazas... They have all you can eat Brazilian BBQ for $12 bucks!!

Took my wife here for date nigh last night. We were somewhat disappointed but it may be because we were comparing it to fogo de chao. I don't think we will be back. Next time we will pay a few more bucks and go to fogo.
CodeMonkey
It's not a top churrascaria, but is defineyely worth the money for weekday lunches as they are usually under $20.
