Held my daughter's bridal shower here last weekend. Rented out the Barrel Party Room.. the room is absolutely gorgeous. The food was delicious! The service was top-notch. The attention to detail was spot-on. My guests are still raving about the bridal shower. Stephen, the manager, was on top of things the entire time. The wait staff (Cindy and the others) was amazing. So kind and helpful! My daughter was so happy we chose this beautiful location for her shower. She said it was just perfect. The fireplace was turned on to add to the ambiance, and it was just beautiful. and there was a large wall mounted TV that we were able to display a slide show of my daughter and her fiance throughout the event. Everything was beyond perfect. I will definitely hold events here again. The Barrel Room is AMAZING for an event. And like I said before, the food was perfection!! Thank you to everyone at the Matchbox for making my daughter's special day so perfect!

We had a lovely time eating here tonight. It was a great surprise to see that they offered gluten-free pizzas. Very good food and amazing service from Cindy. Will definitely be back for more!

I loved it! We ordered different pizzas and they were delicious, the sauce is incredible and prices are accordingly. Cocktails are good as well. Athmosfere was nice and the music was not too loud, so that allowed us to speak and not to yell. The place itself is comfortable, I will go back there for sure. Also service provided: 100% fantastic.

The service and food here exceeded my expectations! Mark B was my server and answered all my questions and provided some great recommendations. All in all, this was a truly wonderful experience! It was a great experience on this fine afternoon as we enjoyed a lunch that was outside but yet still covered. The food was delectable as the wings, the fish and chips and the baby back ribs were excellent. So if you are in the Fort Lauderdale area and you are at the Sawgrass Mills Mall then give Matchbox a shot for your dining pleasure.

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Matchbox! From the moment we walked in, the level of service was outstanding. Our server, a gentleman with a beard (I wish I caught his name), was simply amazing. He genuinely cared about our dining experience, and it showed in every detail.
Now, let's talk about the food – it was beyond exceptional! Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the presentation was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable meal. The menu had a great variety, and there's something for every palate.

Absolutely loved this restaurant called Matchbox! I love the atmosphere just everything about it! Five stars all the way around! I don't usually suggest such good ratings, but the food, service everything was awesome! Between the calamari for the appetizer, they're fired grilled pizzas, the chicken alfredo pasta,with the sun dried tomatoes n mushrooms which I love!!! I highly suggest Matchbox by Coral Springs off of Sawgrass! Just can't say enough good things about it, you just got to try it for yourself!☺ I believe you you will be also highly pleased!! Definitely five stars! And it seemed like we had our entrees in perfect timing before we could finish the appetizer with the party of six!!!❤❤❤❤❤👍😀

I came here to grab dinner after walking around the mall to find my wife a gift. I grabbed a seat at the bar and was greeted by the bartender.
I ordered a half rack of pork ribs with cornbread and a side Caesar salad. The portions of the salad and the half rack were perfect. The salad was overdressed, but it was good. The ribs were a bit underwhelming as they were dry. The cornbread was good, especially when you lather it with the honey butter it comes with.
Overall, it was good. The bartender was very attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

Matchbox is a very good option if you don't want to eat fast food. Also You can ask for gluten free pizza. You can order a salad for +5 dollars and share it easily for 2 people. Since we haven't eaten fried calamari for a long time, we ordered it as an appetizer. Chris, who took care of us, helped us a lot both to place our order and to complete our deficiencies.

It was an early Sunday dinner and from the gate, their hostess greeted me with a huge smile and seated me in a comfy booth for two. To my surprise, it was the Wonder Woman matchbox table—I was happy as could be! It really set the ambiance for my overall experience.
Ken was my server and a Godsend. He came right over and recommended a few drinks and starters. I chose their red sangria and hot artichoke-spinach & cheese dip with pita bread instead of chips. This is going to be on repeat for me!
The restaurant wasn’t too busy and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. It seems like a great place for a pre-game gathering with friends if you’re going to a hockey game or concert at the FLA Live arena down the street.
A few minutes after my entrée was served, I went in on my fish and chips, except I chose sweet potato fries instead and I was thrilled I did! I’m not kidding—best I’ve ever had—but the fish not so much.
Ken did mention that pizza is one of the foods they’re known for. So…I’ll definitely need to come back.
Just as I was leaving, I learned that they serve brunch on Saturdays & Sundays from 11 a.m - 3 p.m. It’s a must-have!
This was a lovely first-time experience and I look forward to returning with family and friends.
