Jersey Mike's Subs

The majority of the time its friendly customer service. The food is fresh but the subs are a hit and miss if they have been filled by employees in a hurry or by someone who took their time to do it right. If they were consistent on the filings I would give them a 5 star rather than a 4. Everything else is usually good.

I use to live back east (Philly and Camden New Jersey) and I will say, years ago I tried many so called "philly cheesesteaks" out here in California and was not impressed at all, not even with Jersey Mike's, but.... they must have changed their bread and are now getting or baking authentic east coast rolls for their cheesesteaks because when I door dashed a couple cheesesteaks yesterday and received it, WOW!! I felt like I was back east again!!! It is the closest if not exactly like I remember having when I lived in jersey and philly!! I definitely recommend them and I will definitely "DEFINITELY"!!!! order from them again! I was so happy and soooooo pleased to have that east coast experience here in California from Jersey Mike's when so many other restaurants have "failed" to duplicate the east coast cheesesteaks, those of you who have had an authentic east coast cheesesteak know exactly what I'm talking about!! Thank You Jersey Mike's! You have a very satisfied and loyal customer, I will recommend you to all of my friends, family and coworkers. P.S. Do Not Change the bread, that is "one" of the main ingredients needed for a successful east coast cheesesteak. Thank you again! Forget 5 stars, let's give them 10 Stars!!!
