If you want fast food chicken and in South County Popeyes if the go to place. With the hype around the chicken sandwich I feel the quality has suffered. I would still recommend Popeyes over KFC if you are ordering just chicken. I can't deduct stars for the wait since all the employees were moving no one was waiting around idle when I visited this location. It did take 30 minutes for a box of tenders due to the sandwich orders.

Chicken was dry majority of the time and the pickup was very confusing. I had ordered my online and picked it up after 10m. Got there and there was a whole line. I didn’t want to cut infront of anyway so I waited and there was no “PICKUP/ORDER HERE” sign. A lady came in and just cut through everyone for her pickup. When it was my turn, they didn’t have the order ready. I hope they have signs redirecting people on where to go.

We've been coming here sine it opened, so clean and great food for quite some time, lately (especially tonight) not so great. Price has increased A LOT sadly quality has DECREASED. Language barrier is obviously an issue as customers need to translate between employees and other customers, seems to be alot of chaos behind the counter. As well as laughter at customers.

This location is horrible. Do not recommend unless you want to be ignored by the staff and manager. Either they don’t speak English or they are just RUDE! I didn’t order my meal with such attitude and bad manners! Can’t say anything regarding the food since I can’t seem to get past the bad experience I had at the place.
