WHO is the franchise owner of this place? Good Lord, the ONLY bathroom has NO LIGHTS and NO DOOR LOCK. Are we in 3rd world country? Lock up the place and fix it up! Also, one employee does everything? Poor girl, she was so nice and fast.

Standard Subway. Can't really go wrong in that. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich. Service was quick and professional. Thankfully there wasn't much of a wait time.

So this isn't the first time I've ordered from this Subway, but it was the first time I'd used the app. I've been waiting for over 20 years for Subway to bring back the barbecue chicken sandwich, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was not to be. Not sure if it was me not knowing how to use the app, or the guys making the sandwich, but it was a chicken sandwich, just not a barbecue chicken sandwich. The app is supposed to make things better, easier. I think I'll just keep it old school, and order my sandwich when I get there.

This Subway on Lawrence and Tasman honors all the deals that you will see on tv, unlike the Subway near 1st and Tasman which does not. All Subway locations around here consistently serve good sandwiches and wraps.

I do not drink soda so with my meal I Asked for a cup of water and I was told water machine is broken. Then the cashier pointed to the sink and said you can have some of that... unbelievable. What restaurant offers it's patrons sink water???? I know this is fast food but come on at least offer me a soda cup instead.
The toilet was also clogged and full to the brim with urine and poop.
Overall: terrible subway. Drive an extra mile to the next subway
