I loved my crispy friend chicken combo 1!! I was so happy when it came with an extra wing. This place is very fast and very good. The only thing that needs attention is the restroom sink which was broken and only provided extremely hot water.

Wait times are about 20 mins
I took off 1 star because the last 4 times I've been there I've ordered only wings but have received a mixed bag.

Personally I prefer crispy real garlic to other ones, but overall great fried chicken in Bay Area! Recommend!

Loved the boneless Korean chicken!!!. They were crispy and felt fresh. Service was quick.

The price is above average (≈$3/drum), personal suggestion is special sauce chicken - boneless and spicy, boneless is crispier, there's a wide gap between mild and spicy.

Honey butter combo: HIGHLY recommend. We get this every time we go to Vons because it never disappoints. Perfect blend of sweet and savory and to top it off - it’s good cold as leftovers
Cheese Bul Dok: Super delicious dish as well. However, quick disclaimer that this dish is very spicy. The rice cakes in this dish are the perfect consistency and the meat (i think it’s chicken) is perfect as well. Biggest con is this dish is on the pricy side
Overall: My SO and I love Von’s chicken and definitely recommend trying this place out.

After seeing Vons multiple times as well as seeing it on a friend's timeline, I decided to check it out. I love fried chicken, and definitely love Korean fried chicken.
We ordered using their kiosk (which isn't the easiest to type on, but does the job). It's great cause you'll get a text when your order is ready, so you can go shop at Hankook or just wait in your car.
We got the half crunchy fried chicken and I wasn't disappointed. Although not extremely flavorful, the skin was nicely crunchy and the chicken and very juicy. I would highly recommend it! I'll definitely be back to check out other types/flavors of chicken and other foods on the menu.
Wait time was about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad. But we ordered just in time because a huge rush of people came after us.

It tasted like it was pre-battered then frozen. And Once it was fried it had so much freezer burn and was very leathery. Definitely not worth $20 for 10 small pieces, your time would be better used at Popeyes or Chick-fil-A
