The food is good and fresh.
It would be good if they could provide reduced salt soy sauce as an option. (Maybe they do, but it's too late for me 🥲)
I don't think this place is pricey, it's very reasonable imo.

Got some sashimi, rolls with a variety of fish. Very good! Edamame garnished with salt. Buying one bowl of edamame was great for 5 people. Loved the family style platted sushi.

A solid place for Japanese entrees and sushi / sashimi. The fish is fresh but maybe only 5-6 selections. They don’t seem to go off-menu with daily specials and didn’t have uni or toro when I ate there. They have a modest selection of rolls as well as some good selections of sake. Service is solid and prices are decent.

I would highly recommend the Kikusui Junmai Ginjo Sake. It pairs perfectly with sashimi or tempura dishes. They offer very high quality sashimi, I will be coming back for sure.

We spent three days in Sunnyvale and had a lot of fun exploring the area around Murphy Lane. Rokko was a completely unexpected discovery. We love this place! Super great food, super friendly staff and a fun environment. Who knew that Sunnyvale could be so fun?

A fun variety of Asian food options that let us satisfy everyone in the family. Tasty and fresh. Awesome to get the okonomiyaki sampler which even my kids enjoyed. Service was very attentive and I enjoyed having good soju options.

In A Nutshell:
-Rokko is an okay Japanese restaurant.
-Tried their Deluxe Okonomiyaki house special, which is basically a Japanese version of a crepe.
-It wasn't very crispy on the bottom.
-Also the waiter kept messing up the order.
-I ordered a "pint" of beer, but he brings out a "pitcher".
-The roll was also the wrong one.
Overall, I'm not sure I would come back again.
