Burger Ranch

I stopped by here on my journey across America on bicycle for a meal. The staff was nice and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a corn dog. The chicken sandwich was good as well as the corn dog. They were a bit pricey for what you got. However when looking around, it seemed to be quite dirty and in need for a good wipe down. Add to this that when I went up to ask for a side of honey mustard they took one off the shelf that literally had dirt and dust on it

Staff was unnecessarily rude. I placed an order over the phone was told to go to the drive thru to pick up my order, so I did. But apparently I did wrong by not stopping at the speaker to let them know I’m here for a pick up order which I was confused by since I did the exact same thing only at the window and not at the speaker.. when I pulled up to the window we were looked at by two employees that seemed extremely confused as to why I was at the window (understandable, once they open the window and ask I could have cleared the confusion up for them) but instead we waited about 5 minutes for anyone to even say anything to us. I’m not sure if me driving up to the window completely messed up their orders or their job entirely but for some reason staff member felt the need to be aggressive and speed talk as she’s waving her hands saying that next time I needed to stop at the speaker because they are busy working and won’t know that I’m waiting, which I didn’t make sense to me because the person taking the drive thru orders is standing right by the window and I saw her look at my car when I pulled up to the window… I apologized to the staff for not stopping at the speaker because I just wanted my food and be on my way but their approach about stopping at the speaker and not at the window was unnecessary..
