I don’t know why so many people have had such a bad experience according to all the reviews. My experience was fantastic! Today I made an order and it was all great! No complaints whatsoever. My pizza and desserts were perfectly prepared. The delivery arrived within 30 minutes even thought it was expected within an hour. The delivery personnel completed followed the delivery directions and was very polite. He even thanked me when I thanked him for his services. I extremely appreciate the service that I was provided with this evening. Thank you Papa John’s Team at Greenpoint!

Ive ordered pizza 3 times from here. No issues, the pizza is always on time and is quite tasty. It’s in line with suburban pizza joints and has an occasional finger licking good deal. This isn’t a gourmet pizzeria but is quick, affordable and still very tasty. I may be lucky but I haven’t experienced the negatives that the hostile reviewers have written.

Pizza is so good! We ordered delivery and it did take a while but worth the wait! Pizza came with jalapeños and some garlic sauce dip. I'm satisfied thanks so much Papa johns ☺

This papa johns is great. The employees are friendly, professional and quick with online orders. Their pizza is also not salty like the papa johns on grand street and they add sufficient cheese you dont open your box and see dough barely covered by sauce.
