After waiting over 3 minutes in a drive through, I finally got my sandwich. Which keep in mind was a Croissant Sandwich. But when i got it I wondered why it looked like a freaking panini. I took one bite before i felt sick. The sausage was pink on the inside and just terrible.

I stop at this Horton’s pretty consistently. They get 4 Stars instead of 5 because my order is correct 3/5 out of 5. With that said I’ve met 3 people over the time I’ve come here that exemplifies customer experience. Two of them I no longer see there, but the gentleman who has been working the drive-Thru the past couple months is truly awesome. No matter what my food experience is there, he ensures my customer experience is great. He’s always friendly, conversational and professional. I wish I knew his name, but hope whatever he does in life he is successful at.

Never even made it to order. Greeted at the speaker by "What do you want." Two employees standing right next to the back door in uniform smoking so heavily it immediately filled the car. We just left....I assume they were going to be the person's making any food we would have ordered.

Lobby was locked i assume because of staffing so we pulled around to the drive thru. 2 employees smoking right by the order screen, gross. Person on the speaker was less than friendly. There is a reason this location was empty of customers right at breakfast. We decided to just go over to mcdonalds instead.

Great, friendly people work at this Tim Horton's. The coffee is always good. Just know that their goal is fast service. If you want your bagel properly toasted, tell them double toasted. If you want butter on your bagel, ask them to butter both sides.

I literally just pulled off and had ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a pumpkin spice ice coffee and I received a bagel with no cream cheese on one side and the other side looked like it had cream cheese on it before but it had melted in and that's the only trace of cream cheese in it! The coffee had a little syrup in the bottom but not mixed so I mixed it and tasted it and it wasn't even close to enough to give flavor the sad part is I was thier only customer!!!! I wasted $5 won't be going back their!

The "Cash Only" sign basically sent me across the street to Starbucks. The laminated sign on the drive-thru looks like it's been there for awhile too.

I haven’t had a good experience at this location. This location is consistently out of products and the staff usually seems annoyed to help. The staff also doesn’t seem to understand the app and how to use rewards from it.
