Burger King

this place gets five stars sheerly because of their immensely satisfying spicy chicking sandwich. way better chicken sandwiches than their competitors that are popular. burger king and kfc make the best chicken sandwiches in my opinion. also located next to tanger outlet malls. this is one of the nicer burger kings in the region if not the nicest more polished and presentable burger kings.

Terrible service! The workers look at you when you come in like your an inconvenience. They look and do not even greet the customer. They try to give you old food. At night they dont even turn the outside lights on so customers think they are closed. This establishment definitely needs retrained and fire those employees that make the company as a whole look bad. Better to shutdown this place than to keep paying employees who do not even want to work! Avoid this location, not worth to spend hard earned money somewhere they do not even care for the customers and quality. Also they lock the lobby doors around 7pm. What a shame! I hope higher management reads this review or better yet if corporate does.

At 315 pm (roughly) we went through the drive through. Our order was an original chicken meal medium and an order of nuggets. We were the only car in the drive thru. Upon getting to the window we paid for our order ( was given no receipt) after 5+ minutes we were told that two people had clocked out and they couldn't give us the nuggets but could give us 16 jalapeno bites instead. I said that my daughter wouldn't eat that could we get a chicken sandwich. They gave us a sandwich. I drove away thinking we were fine, she opened the sandwich and it was completely burned and not edible. I gave her half of mine. When we ate the fries they had so much salt on them they were also not edible. After a 9.00+ order we basically had to toss most of it because it was so bad. I am very disappointed in this location and will definitely not be going back.

Stopped for late lunch at around 230pm. Most of the dining room tables were not wiped. There were 6-8 other customers at this time plus steady drive through. It took a whle for order of 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. Burger was cold but fries were fresh. Bucket and mop left out in the dining room near the drink machine and none of the 4-5 staff were using it. Drink machine had very limited selection.
