I think it's a different way to serve Mexican food? A serving line so you can choose as you go. Did is great plenty of seating. Unfortunately you will still need to wear a mask. Madison Wisconsin you know.

Food was good, servings were okay size, but ratios seemed off (too much rice, not enough beans/meat). I have celiac so gluten is a big concern for me whenever we try to dine out or get takeout and they handled my order perfectly. Very confident in their ability to handle food allergies especially when the restaurant is not busy, I have not seen them in action during a rush. Would be nice to have a little more info on the menu board, but overall a great experience.

I stopped by on a Sunday evening. Weekend staff at restaurants is often subpar, but the staff at Burrachos was excellent. They were helpful and patient (it was my first time there). They even laughed at my jokes. You bet I'll be back! Seriously, though, they did a great job. It was much appreciated.
