Buffalo Wild Wings

I really like their wings. Took my cousin here for the 1st time. The waiter was really nice and accommodated us as best as he could with the large parties we were near. I really liked the seasoned fries, even though they were stingy with them. The waiter was definitely right about the parmesean garlic wings. They were delicious.

It sure would be nice to be able to order food for delivery and not lose two or three drivers due to the wait on food being prepped. If you can’t handle it, don’t provide the delivery services. It would also be even better if the food wasn’t awful and thrown into containers with no concern of spilling and such. Every time I order it’s gross and things are missing- EVERY SINGLE TIME. That’s whether it’s pick up or delivery. I reorder in hopes it was a fluke or mistake, but nope. Always like this, get your establishment together or get new employees.

Disappointed. This is the second trip in 2 weeks that I have tried to order the Ultimate Sampler. They were out of onion rings both times so they refused to substitute anything else and would not sell the item. That is not my fault that they are out of onion rings. They said this is the way that it is set up and they are not allowed to substitute. If this is a corporate policy it is a bad one. Any other restaurant I go to makes sure the customer is happy even if it means writing something off to make it right. I was in retail management for years and am now the director of a company. If we were out of something, we would make it right. Our waitress tonight was very nice and understanding. I was also nice to her as I don't feel this is a local, but a corporate issue. I will be back, just not happy with the last 2 experiences.

Orded honey bbq wings yesterday, extra well-done, with 1extra bbq sauce on the side. I got undercooked, unseasoned wings, naked wings with 2 small bbq packs on the side. I called the location to speak with the manager. He was ok, but offered a $10 gift card, and for me to come back and have the wings dipped. In closing, I spent $29 just to give those uncooked, unseassond, half-cooked wings to my dog.
