A couple of weeks ago I had my daughter pick up food for me and it was not a good experience and the food was not all that good. Not what we normally experience with outback and the Togo lady was horrible. They did comp me a meal which I cashed in on today. The Togo lady (Brittany) was phenomenal. She was great on the phone and in person. The food was perfect. The mid rare steak was perfect. I want to give big props to Brittany and the chef and a huge thank you!! You guys are part what keeps my family going back outback!!

Have you ever wondered if your 6 Oz steak is really 6 Oz? Well wonder no more. It's not. Mine came in at a whopping 4 Oz. I also don't believe the cook knew what medium means, because there wasn't any red on the inside. It also looked like my blooming onion was drenched in water or something. Its disgusting.

We eat here all the time our favorite waiter is Wesley he is amazing, always on our drinks, making sure we are satisfied and happy. I only eat there when Josh the manager is working he always goes above and beyond to be sure his guests are completely satisfied and always come to the table to check in and make it a personal experience. I am on a low sodium diet and Josh always makes certain that the kitchen doesn’t add any salt to my order he always accommodates me and my party each and everytime! Since he moved from a server to a manger we have been eating here so much more often because we know without a doubt he has the best staff working with him and he holds them to a wonderful standard. Thank you Wesley and Josh for making our experience at Outback so much more pleasurable!

The service was wonderful! Both the waitress and the manager checked in on us throughout the meal. I had lobster tail dinner. Pretty good! I also ordered the fried mushrooms but the batter was not seasoned well and was not crunchy enough.

We waited a few minutes on a Sunday about 12:30 and were seated within 5-10 minutes of arriving with the lunch rush. Our server Rusty was attentive and kept our drinks refilled quickly. We had the Blooming Onion which was hot and crispy. I had the Twisted Ribs (appetizer) for my entrée and they were hot and saucy. My husband had a pasta dish with shrimp and chicken and it was a large serving he couldn't finish. I will enjoy it for lunch with 2 of the ribs and bread. Excellent service, food and value. We'll be back!

Excellent service they don't lie about the wait time! Food? FANTASTIC! The seating was nice, nice comfortable soft seats! The drinks? Nailed it! The waitresses? Extremely professional and extremely attentive! Want excellent treatment? Eat here! Love, loved, loved! I've decided that I'm not going anywhere else but here! Reasonable prices as well!

We come here all the time and will continue to do so. Our server Wesley was on point with taking our orders and getting refills any time our drinks got halfway done. The manager Joshua was awesome and came to the table to check on us several times to make sure everything was going great. The place was packed and they all stayed on top of everything throughout the rush. Can’t wait to come back!
