Husband and I, and MIL, went for an early dinner. He had eaten there a few times. We arrived and were quickly seated. I ordered their Willie Sue Dinner Salad and their loaded potato soup. Our server brought my soup and it looked great, but appeared to be thick and it was. I did eat it and found it to be tasty, minus the lack of liquid. Our server asked me about it and I informed her it was thick and she agreed it looked like it. I then received my salad and enjoyed it, as well. Pricey, yes, but it was good. Our server was great to accommodate my MIL, who had veggies that were not completely cooked. The best part of meal were the croissants! We even brought home an order. Will go back again.

Our server was awesome. The food was very very good. Only reason for the four stars is if I’m paying almost 17$ for a salad you’d expect more than four bites of chicken. The salad itself was excellent aside from the lack of chicken. My four year old had steak tips (which were amazing by the way) and he had more protein on that plate than I did in my expensive salad. My husband had the ultimate burger and loved it and the cheesecake (NY with canned strawberries) was very good. Again though. If I’m paying 8.50 for a slice of cheese cake it would be nice to have fresh fruit and not canned.
So excellent service, very good food with a few disappointing shortcuts. We will be back though.

Great beer, great food, loved the catfish bites. Well done everyone. Personally would put the catfish bites worlds above the shrimp but I know I wasn't at a seafood restaurant. My salad was amazing and will return sometime in the future.

So…the Restaurant was empty but we were told it was an hour wait. The bartender was completely off putting and we had to convince her to be nice…fried green tomatoes are everything Meatloaf Nachos…ummm…I don’t get it.

Love the story of how Willie Sue's came into existence. The Ultimate Willie Sue's Cheeseburger was so delicious, the old fashioned way, served with golden brown French Fries. Our server was friendly, courteous, service with a smile.

All the food was incredible. Loved the pork rinds and pimento cheese. Great salad. Ribs were fall off the bone and oh so flavorful. House sauce is a must. Wait staff could use tweak their technique on timing of the appetizer, salad and the meal. Only minutes separated the arrival of the three.

First time eating here. They were very busy but we had a great experience! Tried the gator tail bites appetizer and fried pickles. Gator was mostly tender. Some bites were a little chewy kinda like a pork chop. No fishy taste like I've had before. They were served with a spicy horseradish sauce that was good but I preferred them plain. Ordered grilled shrimp skewers. They had a real good woodfire smoke taste. Also want to point out that the side salad was better than most places with chopped tomatoes, red onions, cheese, sliced cucumber and a very tasty ranch dressing. Served with a sweet drizzled croissant. We had a excellent server frequently attending to our needs. Highly recommended
