A hidden gem for sure! I work as a DoorDash driver as a side hustle and delivered from this restaurant many times, I’ve lived in the Sumner area all my life and have always passed this restaurant in my travels, I decided to give it a shot today, the food had amazing flavor and was given ample amounts of Soy Sauces and condiments, a mighty neighborly gesture!

#Original Review# This rating is based on the food. Service was so so at best. Maybe my expectations are too high but the food I ordered today was tasteless. I ordered the Mongolian Beef. The beef was like leather and there's only about 8- 10 pieces total. Proper Mongolian Beef is supposed to be tender with a slight crunchy exterior because they are fried separately, then mixed with the rest of the accompanying vegetables and sauce. Speaking of accompanying vegetables; They are basically a tangle of coleslaw style shredded vegetables: A LOT of onions, carrots, a few baby corn and water chestnuts covered in weak brown sauce. I just ate the beef because I was so hungry. I asked for 1 on a scale of 1 -5 in spiciness, but if you looked at the picture, it is covered with chili flakes. I can't imagine what a 5 looks like. I will not be going back. This is NOT Mongolian Beef. At best, this is stir fry bunches of onions and some veggies, then add about 2 oz beef to it to "garnish". Update 4/20/18 -I appreciate that the owner replied to my review. As requested, I have uploaded the "before" picture. Again, my point of the "after" picture is to emphasize that this is not Mongolian Beef if it has that much vegetables in it, almost 80-90% more vegetables than beef. Google Mongolian Beef Images online. That was my expectation. Maybe a slight variation of that, but not the picture I took, "before" or after".

Great chicken dinners, but stay away from the cheap (in quality) beef. Tried the beef finally today and it's terrible. It's the kind of beef that's probably half fat, half beef. Really chewy. Other than that, try the chicken vegetable and sweet and sour chicken. Really good. UPDATE*** 2/28/19 I returned and tried out the beef curry and the beef was extremely chewy and fatty. Great tasting curry, but the beef is too low of quality. Don’t eat the beef! Stick with chicken. The beef curry is not in the photos as I drove back to return it for the almond chicken. They were polite and made the new dish free of charge! 👍🏼

Edit: My original review is below but after tonight I felt I needed to update my review. Keep in mind this is like the fifth time l have got take out here. Tonight I ordered a Family Dinner for 2 (C. Mandarin $14 per person) off the menu. When we got home the Szechuan Beef had very little beef in it. (Photo attached) and I always ask for a level 3 spiciness. Tasted like maybe a 1. Was very disappointing. Even asked if they could put a little more beef in our meal and I was ok with paying more. Didn't happen. Chinese take out has always been one of our favorites. Not sure what happened tonight but after spending 40 bucks here tonight and getting very little beef in my favorite meal. I just feel ripped off. Original review: Been here on two separate occasions. Once for take out and we got a table the other time. Food was great. Service was very friendly. Good portions. Yeah, place might a little run down but they make up for it in service and quality. Meat was tender and spiceyness was spot.
