Jack In The Box

The drive thru was really busy but it moved really fast. The staff is always really friendly and fast with the service and the food us always fresh for us during late-night hours which is a big plus. The only complaint I have is that we were informed tonight upon attempting to order a shake that their shake machine has been down four 4 months. That seems to be just about anywhere nowadays when we try to order a shake... And they no longer serve bacon potato wedges which is a bummer. Other then that everything is usually spot on and wonderful here.

I live in Bonney Lake but prefer this location. The people are actually always friendly, even at 2am when I'm normally driving through, and my order is always correct. I have only ever gone to the BL location sporadically over the 3 years I've lived here because they have never gotten my order correct. Something is always missing or completely wrong. Big thanks to these people for always being awesome.

Every time I order from this location my food is wrong. Every single time. I never ask for special orders. Always unmodified menu items. Forgot two drinks, a sourdough jack with just meat and buns, guy drinking a Four Loco at the drive through window. Super slow service. Too many messed up orders in a row over 5+ years. Never going to this location again.

Was horrible long line the only thing they had was the fryer open which was fine but I sat in the drive thru for 11 minutes then I get to the counter the lady was rude didn't even say sorry for the wait and I asked for sauce for my chicken and she wasn't happy about it then gave me the wrong sauce I asked for. This poor service had happened numerous times at this locating and I will never be back. I wouldn't give you a or but it made me pick something.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant. After waiting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes I finally got to the speaker, I was asked to wait for a few. 5 minutes later I asked if anyone was there, I was told " THERE ARE ONLY 2 OF US HERE AND YOU NEED TO WAIT....OR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE " . By this time I was stuck in the drive thru and couldn't get out.... It was at least another 5 minutes before I was able to get out. I spent a half hour in "Jack in the box ". and never did get food.... I'll never go to the Sumner Jack in the box again !!!!

We've come here on 6 separate occasions over the last couple YEARS just to get a shake nothing else. EVERY SINGLE time they say the machine isn't working and we're stuck in the drive thru line sometimes 20 minutes or more just waiting to get out. If the shake machine is not going to be fixed remove it from your menu.
